The Boss Alliance is determined to make your online shopping experience as smooth as possible. We are more than happy to accept your exchanges at no additional cost. If you would like to request a refund, you must do so within 7 days of receiving your item. 

Items returned within 7 days of their original shipment date, will be eligible for full refunds.  Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense. Please be sure if to reach out to customercare@thebossalliance.com with any questions that you may have. 


All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged. 

If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt, please email customercare@thebossalliance.com within 12hrs of receiving the package. You will need to provide a photo, and description of the defect. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.
